These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and iwang ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your access and use of the website available at https://iwang.cam and all associated mobile interfaces, applications, features and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing account registration, accessing any page of the Platform, or using any service offered by iwang, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.

iwang operates an online casino and sports betting service designed primarily for adult players based in Malaysia. The Platform provides access to slot games, live casino tables, sports betting markets including football (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL and international competitions) and additional entertainment products as made available from time to time.

Throughout this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context requires otherwise.

Access to the Platform and use of any service is strictly limited to Eligible Players. To register and maintain an Account with iwang, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. iwang does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, deposit, wager or withdraw under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any corporation, partnership, trust or other legal entity for commercial wagering purposes.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It remains your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling activities in your jurisdiction prior to registering.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from iwang or any affiliated platform, and are not subject to any active self-exclusion period.
• You have not been previously banned or suspended by iwang for a violation of this Agreement or any applicable gaming policy.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, agent or immediate family member of any employee of the Company or its technology and payment service providers.

4.1 Registration

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. iwang reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any winnings or Bonus Funds associated with such accounts.

You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name as stated on your Malaysian identity document (MyKad) or valid passport, date of birth, residential address and a valid contact email address. You agree to update this information promptly should it change.

4.2 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any time at the Company's discretion, iwang may require you to complete identity verification. This may include submission of:

• A clear photograph or scan of the front and reverse of your MyKad or valid passport;
• Proof of address in the form of a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the previous three months;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (e.g., screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow or bank account showing your registered name).

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or submission of fraudulent, altered or unverifiable documents, will result in Account suspension and potential forfeiture of Funds pending investigation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. iwang will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

iwang accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and equivalent cryptocurrency via the following approved payment channels:

• E-wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay (instant processing);
• Online banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect (5–15 minutes processing);
• Transfer rails: DuitNow, FPX Financial Process Exchange (instant to 15 minutes);
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), USDT-TRC20 (approximately 10 minutes on-chain confirmation).

Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply per payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction. These limits may be revised periodically without prior notice. You are responsible for any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider.

The Company does not charge additional processing fees for standard deposits. Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to applicable blockchain network fees, which are beyond our control.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be complete and approved before any withdrawal is processed;
• All active bonus wagering requirements associated with your Account must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name and, where possible, matching the deposit channel used;
• Withdrawal amounts are subject to minimum and maximum limits applicable to each payment method as displayed in the Cashier section;
• Your Account must be in good standing with no outstanding disputes, suspicious activity flags or compliance holds.

6.1 Processing Times

iwang commits to processing withdrawal requests within the following estimated timeframes once approval is granted:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay: typically under 5 minutes;
• DuitNow, FPX to all major Malaysian banks (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): 5–15 minutes;
• Direct bank wire transfer: 15–60 minutes.

Processing times stated above are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to banking system maintenance, public holidays, additional compliance checks or technical factors outside the Company's control.

All bonuses, promotions and free-play offers provided by iwang are subject to specific terms that will be communicated alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, IP address and device. Sharing of bonuses or abuse of promotional structures is prohibited;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity window (commonly 7, 14 or 30 days). Uncompleted requirements result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings;
• Maximum bet amounts during active bonus play are capped. Typical caps range from MYR 250 to MYR 500 per round or wager. Exceeding this cap may void the bonus;
• Game contribution rates apply. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%. Specific rates are stated in each promotion's terms;
• Maximum cash-out limits may apply to winnings derived from free spins or no-deposit bonuses. Such limits will be stated clearly in each promotion;
• Sticky (non-cashable) bonuses may not be withdrawn; only net winnings exceeding the sticky bonus amount are eligible for withdrawal.

All wagers placed on the Platform — whether on casino games, live tables or sports betting markets — are final once confirmed. The following principles apply to all gaming and wagering activity:

• Wagers may only be placed using available Funds in your Account. Placing bets on credit is not permitted;
• iwang reserves the right to void bets placed after a sporting event's scheduled start time where live prices are not offered;
• For sporting events abandoned or postponed beyond the stated settlement window, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport or market rules published on the Platform;
• In the case of an obvious pricing error on any market, iwang reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. This applies to both sports odds and live casino side-bet payouts;
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. The Platform does not influence or alter game outcomes;
• Any winnings arising from a technical malfunction, software error or other system fault will be void and not eligible for withdrawal.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any item below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple Accounts or enabling third parties to access your Account;
• Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulently obtained payment instruments;
• Any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including on live dealer tables;
• Use of automated tools, bots, software, scripts or other mechanical means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting any technical error, bug or vulnerability rather than reporting it immediately to our support team;
• Money laundering, match-fixing, or using the Platform in connection with any illegal activity as defined under applicable Malaysian or international law;
• Offensive, threatening or abusive communication directed at Company staff or other platform users through any support channel.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to brand identity, logos, graphics, written materials, game interfaces, software code, promotional materials and structural design — is the exclusive intellectual property of iwang or its licensed technology and content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the Company's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, iwang, its directors, officers, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity arising from your use or inability to use the Platform;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials;
• Interruption of service, system outages or technical failures beyond the Company's reasonable control;
• Decisions made on the basis of inaccurate information provided by you during registration or KYC verification;
• Gambling losses. You acknowledge and accept that wagering involves financial risk and that the outcome of any game or sporting event cannot be predicted or guaranteed.

Nothing in this clause limits the Company's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

iwang is committed to providing a safe gambling environment for all adults aged 21 and above. The Platform incorporates tools to support responsible play, including:

• Configurable daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits;
• Session time reminders and account activity summaries;
• Cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options ranging from 24 hours to an indefinite block.

Gambling must at all times remain entertainment. You acknowledge that iwang is not a source of income and that all wagered amounts represent funds you can afford to lose. iwang reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• Discovery that the registered Account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Account found to be one of multiple accounts held by the same individual;
• Compliance with any direction, order or requirement from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon legitimate Account closure, any verified real-money Funds (excluding Bonus Funds that remain subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the Account holder via the original payment method within a reasonable period following confirmation of identity.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Pending withdrawal requests and outstanding bonus obligations will be reviewed and settled in accordance with this Agreement prior to closure.

iwang reserves the right to modify, update or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Any amendment shall take effect from the date of publication on the Platform. Where changes are material, the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an on-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of an updated Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the governing law and jurisdiction specified in the Company's operational licence terms. It remains your sole responsibility to verify that access to the Platform is lawful in your specific jurisdiction.

Players accessing the Platform from Malaysia do so at their own discretion and in full acknowledgement of their personal legal responsibilities under applicable Malaysian law.
